Member onboarding

The flow every new member goes through after accepting an invite. This is separate from the first-run org onboarding wizard.

Admins can also manually mark someone onboarded from the Members page — open a member's detail panel and use "Mark onboarded".

Steps

Read the crew handbook and confirm you've reviewed it.
Signed W-9 tax form (PDF).
Upload a current COI naming the org as additional insured.
Review and e-sign the mutual confidentiality agreement.
Health insurance card or waiver signature.
Pick the positions you're comfortable being booked into.
Name, relationship, phone.

Step types

Document review
A doc for the member to read and acknowledge.
File upload
Request a signed PDF or image upload.
Form
Structured questions (contact, sizing, etc.).
Positions
Member picks the positions they'll accept.

Submissions

What each member has submitted so far. Delete a submission to ask for it again.
